HOORN maintenance service
In addition to 'as a service', we also offer the service of checking your door handles (semi)annually and repairing or replacing them where necessary. We then check all door handles and locks in the building. In practice, it happens too often that door handles are loose in (shortly) completed projects. Action is only taken when the door handle falls off or is pulled off. Often a screw or bolt is missing and a repair is carried out with the wrong supplies. As a result, the solution is only temporary and does not match the door handle or rosette/shield. Where necessary, the door handles and locks are replaced. Screws and Allen bolts are retightened or added and are provided with Loctite, so that they do not become loose again. The check is often simple, but necessary. We estimate that 60 to 70% of the checked door fittings actually needed attention. Just take a look in your building, you will be amazed!
