The story of HOORN door design|allesvoorjedeur.nl, began three and a half years ago in 2021. After a career of over 14 years as a sales representative in locks and fittings, my passion for door fittings and door handles grew. Advising customers and maintaining contacts formed the perfect combination, making every working day satisfying.

We started our journey in a spacious showroom in Koudhoorn, near Putten. However, after a few months the house and office building were sold, forcing us to find a new home. We decided to convert our garage and shed, so we now have a showroom at home. Here we can present an extensive range of door handles (and doors) in a quiet environment, perfect for receiving customers and carrying out our work. In addition, we are often on the road to customers, where we simply show and inventory door handles at your home or project. Sometimes we even take care of the installation.

Due to the growing demand from customers to be able to orientate themselves online, we decided to start a webshop. In the past 2 years, this webshop has become indispensable. In addition to receiving orders, many contractors and self-employed people use the webshop to let their customers orientate themselves and choose. We regularly receive screenshots via email or app with the question whether we can deliver the door handle from the photo, or something similar. This unique collaboration saves a lot of time and effort. We offer the possibility to deliver or collect orders. For collection, customers can have the order prepared at any desired time. That is what we mean by unburdening!
